Yesterday we hiked to Glen Onoko Falls near Jim Thorpe PA. The weather was nice, a little humid but the water was very refreshing, I understand it is 55 degrees year round. It is about a two mile loop and took us about a little over an hour.

18 July 2009 Fresh rasberries
Today I picked fresh rasberries from my plants in the back yard!
In trying to lead a more simple, healthy lifestyle I am planning on posting to this blog once a week with ideas I have found to make life better.
