I think two 5k's during the week and maybe the six mile loop in the Parkway on Sunday morning after church, that way I can keep a good base so I am ready for some 5k races. I will continue with the yoga,tai chi and other exercises on non run days and I hope to run the Lehigh Valley Half again next year because it keeps me training over the winter.
